Chicago P.D. will form a new gang-unit called the Mobile Strike Force, comprising 115 officers.

Congress is finally stepping up its efforts to make trains viable in the US. They authorized $13.1 billion (for the next 5 years) to help create a high-speed passenger corridors and to improve existing tracks, and plan on making Chicago the hub of the revised system.
